- Wayne develops management and research techniques that can be employed in an environmentally and socio-economically sustainable manner, and has more than 20 years’ experience in monitoring design and data analysis.
- He is particularly expert in the experimental design and analysis of long-term ecological monitoring studies, and has been actively co-ordinating monitoring programs involving passage of endemic fish species in the Lower Mekong River Basin since 2011.
